Philosophy
Dr. Michelle Logvinsky, PsyD.
After more than 20 years of working as a Psychologist, one truth has stayed constant: you are the expert in yourself. My role is not to "fix" you, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own wisdom, resilience, and clarity.
I was trained in family systems, and I continue to see the world through that lens. None of us exists in isolation - we are all part of families, relationships, and communities that shape us in profound ways. That's why I work with individuals, couples, and families: because healing one part of the system has the power to strengthen the whole.
Right now, our systems - personal, relational, and societal - are calling out for healing. I beleive that work must begin from within and at home. When we nurture growth in ourselves and in our closest relationships, we create a foundation for meaningful change that ripples outward into the world.
Therapy, as I see it, is a collaborative process. It's about creating a safe and supportive space where you can reflect, realign, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to help you feel grounded, connected, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and compassion.
